Job Description:
Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement.
Responsibilities:
The Candidate will lead and provide day-to-day management guidance and direction to scrum teams in applying agile principles and best practices utilizing the Scrum framework for implementation of new Client solutions, including but not limited to updating various Client solutions.
Skill Required/Desired:
Required 7 years - Extensive knowledge of the Agile Development Methodologies with advanced knowledge and experience utilizing the Scrum framework leading multiple scrum teams in medium to large scale enterprise environments
Required 5 years - Experience as a Scrum Master on large projects including: Performing Scrum Ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews/demos, retrospectives)
Required 5 years - Experience as a Scrum Master on large projects including: Refining backlog and helping team refine epics/stories through progressive elaboration
Required 5 years - Experience as a Scrum Master on large projects including: Creating burndown/burnup charts and reporting to management on team performance
Required 5 years - Experience with highly complex application security requirements
Required 4 years - Last 4 consecutive years with a working title on resume of “Scrum Master” or “Agile Coach”
Required 4 years - Strong experience as a Scrum Master and proven ability to lead scrum teams in the execution of scrum processes, agile principles/values, and providing monitoring including risk/issues management
Required 4 years - Experience in project management including Agile and other SDLC methodologies plus knowledge of software development methodologies, testing, design, and implementations
Required 2 years - Proficient with Jira and Confluence
Required 2 years - Certifications (at least one): Agile Scrum Master Certification (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or
Preferred 3 years - Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred 3 years - Working experience as a software developer
Preferred 3 years - Experience with modern development languages, frameworks, and architectures such as React, JavaScript, Spring Framework, Microservices, CI/CD, Cloud Native, etc.
Preferred 2 years - Experience with Java, .NET, Natural, or COBOL
Preferred 2 years - Experience using SQL in one of more of the following RDBMS products: DB2 z/OS, SQL Server, Oracle
Preferred 2 years - Serving in a technical leadership role on software development projects
Preferred 1 years - Experience with Government Systems
Preferred 1 years - Experience as member of an agile development team and delivered a final finished product into a production environment
Preferred 1 years - Participation in a successful agile transformation
Preferred 1 years - Advanced certifications: Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Agile Leadership (CAL), Certified Agile Coach (CTC or CEC)
Preferred 1 years - Certifications (at least one): Certified Team Coach (CTC), SAFe (Scrum Master), Professional Scrum Master Trainer (PSMT)
