Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement.
Responsibilities:
Our direct end client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant that will perform highly advanced analytical and development work in the creation of Client Salesforce applications, as well as provide technical expertise to the team with design discussions and peer reviews. The Worker will assist in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset. The Worker will provide feedback and contribute expertise to improve applications and development processes.
Skill Required/Desired:
Required 8 years - Experience as a software developer/engineer on multiple lifecycle implementations of large-scale ERP IT applications.
Required 5 years - Experience in Salesforce, Apex, and JavaScript
Required 5 years - Experience in Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Lightning pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules)
Required 5 years - Experience in developing software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs
Required 5 years - Experience in developing test scenarios and test scripts, performing unit and system testing, and documenting results
Required 4 years - Experience with highly complex application security requirements as well as experience designing and supporting systems adhering to information protection and security standards.
Required 2 years - Experience in Agile using Scrum methodologies.
Required 2 years - Experience building Communities
Required 1 years - Experience with serving in a senior development position on at least one full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce.
Required 1 years - Experience with Salesforce Maps
Required 1 years - Salesforce Developer PD1 certification Incluce
Preferred 5 years - Experience in providing consultation in a mentoring role to other technical resources. computer related tools, methods, platforms, and operating systems.
Preferred 5 years - Experience in collaborating effectively on diverse teams (e.g., portfolio/project managers, domain experts, users, and software engineering team) to design and deploy business information systems across an enterprise
Preferred 5 years - Experience in establishing, documenting, and communicating standards, best practices, fixes, and providing system direction & recommendations
Preferred 5 years - Experience with UI/UX design
Preferred 3 years - Experience in designing systems adhering to the CPA IPPS (Information Protection Policies & Standards)
Preferred 3 years - Experience in working with and communicating effectively across multiple technical groups (including working with subject-matter-experts and other business resources).
Preferred 1 years - Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including TEAMs, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred 1 years - Public sector with Grants Management experience (Federal, State, or Local government).
Preferred 1 years - Solid understanding of and detailed experience with salesforce.com architecture and API
